It's tempting to think that March 25, 2017 is a long time from now, but let me tell you from experience, it is not! I typically plan all my international trips about a year ahead. It is often necessary because of passport and cost requirements.
If you are sitting on the fence about going, let me encourage you to jump! I recently read a funny quote: "Make a decision. The road of life is paved with dead squirrels that could not make a decision." Again, from my experience, we do not begin to see God really work until we make a commitment. Then all the pieces fall into place. You will never regret going to Israel. And remember, prophetically, that that door of opportunity can close.
Though not a Jew, I find myself longing to visit Israel. I can in part feel the longing of Jewish people to "come home." Enjoy this beautiful song by this Jewish group about going home to Israel.
Other churches and pastors have asked me if they and folks from their churches could join us. I'm thinking spots may fill up quickly. We can handle a maximum of 40, but a smaller group is much better. I need to hear from you soon.
I'm praying for your decision and for a great trip!
Jerusalem Cornerstone Foundation study tours provide a more in-depth experience than most tours. Hence the "study tours" emphasis. This is not a "bus window" experience offered my many tours where agents may also be paid a commission by taking the group to certain gift shops. Also, JCF only uses guides who believe in Yeshua as Messiah. Other tours usually use any guide available, usually an unbeliever. Though we want everyone to have a good time, it should not be considered a casual vacation. There is a lot to see and we will keep a rigorous pace. We won't know until the beginning of May, but a safe estimate would be something between $3500-$3700 from JFK. Add the airfare from your departure city to JFK. We will need a non-refundable deposit of $1000 about mid-June. The hotels we will stay in are very nice. The first date is check-in and the second is check-out:
- 3/26/17 - 3/27/17 Ramada, Netanya - 1 night on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea
- 3/27 - 3/30 En Gev Holiday Village - 3 nights on the shore of the Sea of Galilee
- 3/30 - 3/31 Daniel Hotel, En Bokek - 1 night on the shore of the Dead Sea
- 3/31 - 4/5 Leonardo Plaza, Jerusalem - 5 nights in the heart of the modern city, a 10-minute walk to the Old City at Jaffa Gate
